The Requirement
In line with SKILLSdox’s goal to make quality eLearning available to learners across the globe, the company was looking for eLearning partners in India. The specific requirement was to have a partner who would deliver high volume courses rapidly without compromising SKILLSdox’s quality eLearning standards. After extensive search, SKILLSdox decided to partner with SKILLDOM. This was due to SKILLDOM’s expansive experience in providing quality L&D services to clients across the globe and the ability to deliver eLearning courses rapidly.

- Volume of Content: The program was huge, spanning across multiple modules.
- Aggressive Timelines: The demand from Indian learners was very high, necessitating the launch of eLearning courses in time. This was also a challenge considering the sheer volume of courses.
- Complex Content: The nature of content was financial having formulae and terms. It was critical to analyze and understand the content to make it simpler for learners.
The Solution
- Heavy Templatization: SKILLSdox had a rich library of templates. SKILLDOM design team utilized the same and customized some templates to suit the eLearning content. This approach helped save time leading to rapid delivery of modules.
- High Level of Customization: Multiple elements of the program were customized to suit SKILLSdox’s requirements. This included rich and easy-to-access GUI besides interactive templates.
- Multi-device Accessibility: The key requirement was to provide flexibility to learners. To do so, the program was produced in HTML5 framework. This ensured availability of all the modules across devices and at the convenience of learners.
